Task Appropriate Tools in Problem-Solving

Use task-appropriate tools to synthesize knowledge, create and modify solutions, and evaluate results in a way that supports the work of individuals and groups in problem-solving situations.

Reflection:

Working in groups can be a challenging undertaking at times, and in cyberspace without actual face to face time this can be difficult. In the group projects that TATC participants worked on this was an evident factor. Since most of the participants were working professionals it was difficult to get together, but what we had to be creative with our problem solving and what we accomplished ended up being far better than the individual parts.

Description: We were suppose to work together to create a video that showed a mood.  This project was very difficult and it took lots of e-mails back and forth.  The entire idea ended up changing quite a bit from the way I had originally scripted it, but I was pleased with the outcomes.  

Rationale:  This shows that we can work together and create a production to be viewed on the web.  This project demonstrates the basic skills of communication and conveying a message thorough the use of video as a medium.

Implications for future: This would be a great class project and matter of fact I used a variation of this project in my class.

Reviewers Comments: Wow!  Your presentation really did scream Patriotism!  I loved it!  What a great mood topic. 

 

I especially enjoyed the transitions were great and the music was so stirring!  You did a great job!
